These Terms form a binding agreement between you (and the brokerage you represent, if any) and EstateFlow. By creating a workspace or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use EstateFlow.
EstateFlow is a hosted workspace for managing property listings, leads, viewings and a deal pipeline. Features may change as the product develops; we will not remove a core capability you depend on without notice.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at security@estateflow.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Free plan allows 5 active listings. Pro raises the limit to 200 active listings per agent and is priced at $29 per agent per month. During beta, plan changes take effect immediately in the app and billing is handled under your brokerage agreement rather than through an in-app card charge. When in-app payment is enabled, fees are billed in advance, are exclusive of tax unless stated, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You keep all rights in the listings, leads and other records you enter. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, back up and display that content so the service can function. You confirm you have the right to enter any third-party personal data you record.
The software, design, brand and documentation are ours or our licensors'. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; nothing more is implied.
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service during beta. We may perform maintenance and will try to schedule disruptive work outside peak hours.
EstateFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. EstateFlow does not provide legal, tax, valuation or brokerage advice, and the weighted pipeline figure is an estimate derived from values you entered — not a forecast you should rely on for financial decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including your non-waivable rights as a consumer.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable data-protection law.
You may stop using EstateFlow at any time and delete your data from Account → Delete my data. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, or risk to the service, with notice where practicable. On termination your right to use the service ends; export your data first.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice to signed-in users; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If you object, stop using the service and delete your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence and retain the protection of its mandatory law. We ask that you contact legal@estateflow.app first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale of assets. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us.
